By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our website or use our services.
Wibs Digital provides digital agency services including web development, digital marketing, social media management, business consultancy, and cybersecurity solutions. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon in individual project proposals and contracts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed work. Wibs Digital retains the right to use project descriptions and general concepts for portfolio purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms include a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Wibs Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Both parties agree to treat all information shared during the engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Hague.
